What customers say?

“ We stopped in here for dinner on our way back to Reykjavík from Seljalandsfoss. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The overall vibe of the place was generally awesome and the Artic Char with mashed potatoes was exactly what I craved and was my favorite meal in Iceland. Definitely stop in for some great food, live music, and epic adventures ”

“ Honestly incredible food and well presented! Place is small and casual but packs a punch with good food. We started off with the brie which was just perfect and then I got the chili sin carne and my husband got the lamb shank. I then got the at home in Iceland for dinner as it sounded unique (the only picture we took!). Everything was good and would def recommend stopping in if you're in the area. ”

“ The restaurant was full and they warned us that service might be delayed due to us being a walk-in table .. but they were all wonderful and did an amazing job. The food as great quality and worth the wait. ”

“ Really a delicious culinary experience that was unexpected and a highlight of our trip. The unexpected part was beet soup, so complex and so tasty. Every bread was brag worthy and the little potatoes are going to be memorable I promise. ”

“ One of our best meals of our trip to Iceland! Locally inspired dishes that are worth the Icelandic price point. They have a seasonal cocktail menu; their gin drink was fabulous (and I don’t drink gin!). The salmon pasta was SO good. So much salmon, super fresh. We also really appreciated the ample vegetarian and non-alcoholic options for my partner. That can be difficult to find. ”

“ Beautiful ambience! Fresh and delicious food and good service . It was not a rush hour when we visited this place for lunch on a week day. The beetroot soup was lovely. The lamb soup was the best I had in Iceland trip which didn’t smell Lamb thankfully. Also we had ice landing salmon which was fresh!!! If I can make one change to my dishes will be a little less butter for my dishes. ”
